Graphical bug in options (control panel)

Dear Support!

Here is what I got in control panel:

1) Go to "control panel/lights"
2) See normal behavior: http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/4128/beforechanges.jpg
3) Set "ambient light level" to 255
4) See strange behavior: http://img641.imageshack.us/img641/2909 ... hanges.jpg

    That is the expected behaviour.

    Modern Dday fades out the control panel, so you can see the effects of changing options that effect visuals, in real time.

    Though I see that the STBAR graphic isn't drawn, if that's what you were pointing out?

    I pointing about both - bar and fading out
