Heretic elven wand?

I installed the latest jhrp All seem to be fine except elden wand It remains the same.Any help?Thx

    I finally solved the 2 problems.First I had to completelly remove uac to run the program and secondly i did a fresh install and heretic jhrp runs as it must run.Ok
