Cannot load library C:\Program Files (x86)\Doomsday\Bin\...
Good evening,
I just installed Doomsday 1.12 / Snowberry to play my old Doom.wad and when I launch the application I get a Windows eror saying that the application has stopped functionning (looking for a solution, blah blah blah ...).
My PC is : i5-2400 / 3.10 - 8GB - W7/64 SP1
Doomsday installed Under "C:\Program Files (x86)" (originally a "Junction" {NB for Unix-like users: an NTFS hard link to another disk/directory like with the "ln" command} to "E:\Program Files (x86)" but I changed that back when I got the first error and it did not help.)
WAD files installed under: I:\SL\Distrib\Applications\Multimedia\Games\Doom\Data\jDoom
Here is the copy of the content of the doomsday out file:
Has someone alread encounter such behaviour and has a clue about what I am doing wrong?
Thank you in advance for your ideas.
Gilles

I haven't looked into it myself, but one thing I noticed in all the cases, is that the users don't have every element of Dday on one drive (i.e the install, wad files, configs etc).
Try re-installing Dday to and placing your Iwads, on the same drive as your OS?
I tried to move everything to C:\Doom (the wads) and then reinstall Doomsday on C: too.
Got the same crash with the following doomsday.out:
Any other idea ?
