Does this mean what I think it does? I mean, is it a fix to the issue I brought up a while ago involving Resource Pack lightsource decorations and their zero-point face direction, or whatever the technical term was?

I think it's torches only.

Since the current Resource Pack available only has a single tickbox marked "Decorations", and not a selection of them that differentiate between torches and statues, I'll have to leave it off.

Yep, it was for torches only. Mostly effective for jHexen. Another fix was applied to the Heretic door statues that indicate the required key color, but other statues are still unaffected.
