Raven Releases Heretic & Hexen Source Code Under GNU GPL v2

In quite possibly the best piece of news I've heard for a while, Raven software have rereleased the Heretic and Hexen source code packages under the GNU GPLv2 license. Big shout out to everyone involved in finally making this a reality. This really is a moment of liberation for the DOOM-based community and a very exciting development for the deng project.

We now have opportunity to resolve all licensing incompatibilities with the various aspects of the deng project, which in turn means we are unshackled in how to handle things like state action functions and the ACS scripting method. A plan is needed.
