1.9.0-beta5.1 Release in Progress

The 1.9.0-beta5.1 patch release is being created. There is already a Mac OS X disk image available from SourceForge, but the Windows packages still need a bit of work before they'll be available. In practice, <tt>vcbuild.bat</tt> needs to be updated for dsSDLMixer, with associated SDL_mixer paths added to <tt>vcconfig.bat</tt>. Unfortunately I don't have time to do those today.

EDIT: Building dssdlmixer.dll via vcbuild.bat on win32 should now be working.
