Where is Snowberry??

I fell out of using doomsday when I got a new computer. I went and got it again recently, but I find this BULLCRAP thing called kickstart that just works terribly (can't even find where to install addons), and looks like a mess. I REALLY want snowberry back, but I can't find it. Where can I get it back?

Sounds like you got an old version. The launcher shipped with the game is Snowberry and has been for the last few years... Unless of course you're mixing the names up.

The Doomsday websites primary download link is for 1.8.6, as it is the most stable and functional release at the moment.

1.8.6 predates Snowberry (Kickstart was the launcher before Snowberry). However, the add-on's on the Dday add-on's page are set up for Snowberry. Still it's a trivial thing to extract the pk3's out of the 1.9 boxes and load them with Kickstarts wads tab (which doubles as a pk3 loading tab).
