Where to download?

I'm new to this, I just discovered Doomsday. I downloaded the 1.8.6 version, and the add-ons didn't work. I read somewhere on these forums that the newest version, 1.9, works. I see a link about it on the main page, but it just leads to a forum page. I can't find a place from which to download it. Please help?

    See, when you go to the News section and see the newest release, there is a link to the wiki for it's place; then there, on the right, is a link to the download. Do you see it? ;)
