dhmp models not all loading during multiplayer

would you know the reason not all the models from the dhmp 2021.11.11 load in multiplayer?
I selected it to load in doomsday-shell
the cacodemon, helath boxes, health bottles, shotgun sheels, weapon pickups don't load, but the pillars, candles candlebra do, hud models seem to load fine.
