Blood disapears. Janitor in the engine?

Obviously after some time there is a janitor, and the blood effects are wiped away.
Is there any chance to deactivate the janitor? So the level stays in a state of mess?

In other ports there is a switch to configure the janitor.

  • Currently no. Blood effects use particles, and due to performance limitations there is a fixed maximum number of particles that can be rendered.
