Tilde key isn't opening console.

I'm trying to do this in-game so I can change the FoV, but it isn't opening. How do I make it work?

K it's Shift-Escape and not tilde.

    Yeah, Shift-Escape should always work as it's hardcoded. Once you have the taskbar visible, clicking the [>] prompt will pop up a menu where you can then rebind the console shortcut to a key of your choosing.
