Are there external frontends for Doomsday Engine 2?

As I don't want to mess with the internals of Doomsday Engine 2, due to the removal of the Snowberry frontend from previous versions of Doomsday Engine in the current version, I want to ask if there are external frontends for it.
GZDoom have a 3rd party frontend called ZDL. Are there similar frontends for Doomsday Engine 2?
