Really cool sound effects mod I cant find, please help

So a long assed time ago when I was playing Doomsday with the 3D models alot I found this alternate sound pack that I really liked. It basically redid all the sound effects including the monsters. What made this one stand out in my mind was it had creepy Evil Dead style voices for the zombies. Like they groan "Join us" and "braaaaains" when they are walking around and "I wanna kill yoooou". The Icon of Sin's main sound effected sounded like creepy distorted screaming. Does anyone know what sound mod I'm talking about? I've been racking my brain trying to find it for years.

Also can anyone recommend any scary audio mods besides the Playstation and N64 ones?
