How to disable free look?

I've been annoyed by the fact that I can't find any option to disable free look. I searched in Doom options, even in the Doomsday settings menu. I've heard that you need to disable the y-axis, but I can't find that either! So, how do I disable it?

There are two ways to disable free looking. You can either go to the Controls menu and delete the "Look up" and "Look down" controls by pressing the Del key on them, or you can disable the mouse Y axis in the Input Settings dialog.
