Games stuck on launching
Hello!
Tried to use Doomsday 1.15.8 today.
Started the destkop icon "Doomsday Engine" (links to Snowberry.exe) after installing and configured my .wads, no addons.
When i press the Button "Play" the text "Launching..." appears, to the left side of the button.
The text goes away after a few secounds but nothing happens.
Unfortunately there is no doomsday.out in the documents folder.
System is a fresh installed Windows 10 x64.
Are some kind of .dll Files, MS Framework or Visual C++ Package required to run properly?
Couldn't find something in the Wiki about it.
I tried also an older version, the Build 1.9.0-Beta6.9 from 4 years ago still works fine.
Some hints to get it working would be much appriciated!
Thanks in advance!

Can you find any kind of error message? For example, what happens if you try to start doomsday.exe directly from Doomsday's bin folder?
After i tried to start doomsday.exe directly errormessages about missing .dll files came up.
Missing .dll Files:
MSVCP100.dll
MSVCR100.dll
Solution:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package
x64 https://www.microsoft.com/de-DE/download/details.aspx?id=13523
x86 http://www.microsoft.com/de-de/download/details.aspx?id=8328
I installed both, the x86 and x64 version, works like a charm now.
The new Overlay Menu is awesome!
