Letter D in the selection box for addons

In the Doomsday Engine Frontend 1.6 (Snowberry) when I have the “All Addons” highlighted in the left pane I will on occasion have one of my selected addons in the right pane with what appears to be the letter “D” instead of a check mark in the selection box.

I can remove this letter “D” or put it back by clicking on it but I cannot get a check mark to appear in the addon selection box (in this case The DHTP)as was there when I first selected this addon. However, the DHTP does appear to be selected and working.

Anyone know what the “D” stands for? This is not the first time this has happened.

    that is what it meant to refer to the defuat profile if you make changes in there and something has the D then it refers to that.

    'D' refers to an addon one has checked in the shared settings profile (i.e any add-on checked under the shared settings profile will be loaded by all profiles).
