Sound bug in hd sound pack?

I'm using the high quality sound pack and some items have bugged sounds for me. Its basically all the power items like invisibility, berserk and invulnerability. When I collect them I just hear a short beep sound instead of the correct sound.

Which sound pack in particular? (Theres a few floating around). Got a link?

Hmm, there was a known issue with the pk_doom_sfx* add-on but it has since been closed.

Which audio plugin are you using for SFX playback? (You can easily check this by launching Doomsday and then opening the task bar; click the DE icon in the bottom right corner, then About Doomsday ⇒ Audio. You'll see a listing of the audio configuration. One of those should be SFX).

My understanding is that SFX playback via FMOD should be working fine. Apparently, not so. I'll reopen the issue...

But it really only happens with those few items. All the other sounds work fine.
