Mobj particles won't start

I've tried to use a Mobj type particle generator to save active generators count to minimum, and everything works fine but Heresiarch's Seminary (map13). There are torches that change their states (and thing ID) from unlit to lit, but particle system won't start. There are another torches at this level, that lit at start of the map, and it's particles works fine.
I use 9999 particles for testing purposes, and that amount is enough to feed over 370 torches like that.
