Heretic Game Wipes out Doomsday Menu (Solved)

After I setup all the games when I run Heretic it runs fine. But when I restart Doomsday Engine all the game menus are gone except for Heretic and Hexen. I have to rerun setup to get everything back. Everything else has no problems.

    Can you perhaps reword this, or better yet, provide some screenshots of the problem?

    Seems to be working now. Not sure what happened.
