Yellow binary data at left when playing won't go away.

I seem to have inadvertently enabled something that I have no idea how to disable.
There appears to be a long list of yellow binary or hexadecimal values anchored to the left of the game window that will not fade out. It is very difficult to enjoy a game with clutter in the way, I have searched the settings and it just will not subside.
If you could help me solve this conundrum it would be most appreciated.
