Updater failing to download?

For the last couple of unstable builds, I've been unable to use the updater to download them.

It tells me the update exists, but when I try to download, it says 'failed to download: connection closed'.

Found an update: 1.13.0 (Build 1056)
Download and install.
Downloading http://sourceforge.net/projects/deng/files/Doomsday Engine/Builds/
doomsday_1.13.0_build1056.exe/download, saving as: XXXXXX (insert folder path here)
Download: Failure: Connection closed

Windows 8 and Windows 8.1.

Same thing happening here with Windows 7 64 bit.

The same problem is happening on the Mac.

Since the same download URL does work in a browser, it must be some sort of a glitch in Doomsday's Updater code. I'll investigate.
