High res sound pack.

The higher res sound pack for doom avaible at the addons page here really packs a punch. Is there any such pack for hexen ?
Is the parkisan doom sound pack only upsampled from the orginal files ? if so would it be hard to make a new one for hexen and what do i need to know to make one ?

Per Kristian's sound pack uses the original sound samples at a higher bit rate (many of which were taken from sound libraries). Where the original sample sources are unknown new high-quality samples were produced to sound like the originals. So no, this is not simply upsampled versions of the low-quality originals.
