Doomsday loads but is nowhere to be seen

The most recent of Doomsday problems I've had now is that it loads, leaves an icon in the taskbar, and never shows. As if it's minimized, but clicking it never brings it up, nor do any other key strokes. I am running Windows 7 X64 and it only just started doing this, and it did it on the previous build aswell as the brand new 1.10.3. Any ideas?

Sorry, yes, the front end is what I meant, and this is perfect thank you, I didn't know you could right-click and do that! One last problem, the taskbar still remains on-screen when I select fullscreen which is suggesting to me that it isn't going into fullscreen mode properly, is this a common problem too?
