snowberry do not launch

for some reason from version 1.9.8 to current 1.10.3 it is confirmed. using windows 7 or windows xp

so i play some game, then close game, then start snowberry.exe, snowberry.exe is in taskmgr, but it can't be launched in a window...

my bad solution is to delete/rename C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\Doomsday Frontend folder, but reason of it's strange thing i don't understand...
