Several problems with Doomsday Engine 1.10

edited 2013 Apr 8 in Technical Support
Hello:

There are several problems with my Doomsday Engine 1.10 at my computer, when I run Doom2 through it. They occurs only in my computer, and not in my father computer (Where the same version is installed):

1. I want to operate Doom2 in a window mode, but I can't set the resolution lower than 640x480 (In my father computer, I can set lower resolutions, for the Doom2 window).
2. In map view, when I change turn, the map itself rotates rather than the cursor (Not occurs in the Doomsday Engine on my father computer).
3. "Center window" option disabled but marked by default (In my father computer, this option is enabled).

What causes this problem?

Perhaps lower resolutions aren't reported as supported by your display adapter? See what "listdisplaymodes" prints in the console.

Try pressing "R" while the map is open. It toggles the map rotation mode.

You should be able to at least change the default value of "Center window" while you have the "Shared settings" profile selected in the frontend.

Solved the problem with the map.

Don't know how to do this. In general, this option is disabled also in the "Shared settings".

The display adapter in my computer is nVIDIA GeForce GT 220. The display adapter in my father computer is onboard (Intel HD Graphics(?)), on a Gigabyte motherboard, that I don't remember the model.

Quote from the file doomsday.out (Where the console log saved):
