Default runtime directory, Win 7 64x
Hi, first post.
Before I ask anything, let me give a load of thanks to all the devs on this project.
Issue: I keep all my user files on a separate partition from the OS, in my case, E:\. This is where My Documents is located. It appears that the DE sort of "hard wires" the runtime directory to c:\uses\<user>\documents\doomsday frontend, without checking the OS setting to see if the user documents folder has been moved (in my case, E:\documents.)
Is there some fix I can use? Tried searching the registry; no setting there, and the runtime file doomsday.out records sessions but is not used for configuration (and wouldn't work since it would be need to be found in its default location beforehand anyway.)
Not a big deal, everything works fine, except for OCD nuts such as myself, who try to make recovery from OS installs easier by keeping most everything off of C:
