Help modifying the color palette for a custom WAD?

Hey Guys,

How can I change the Doomsday color palette for a custom wad file?

I mean I start to modifying the wolfendoom wad files and I'm missing the wolf3d colors from the doom, for example? cyan doors ---> we get only grey doors, which looks ugly.
