  • Which versions of Windows and Doomsday Engine are you using?

Have you checked if the latest unstable 2.0 builds work on your computer? They no longer use the Snowberry launcher, where this error is originating from. However, the drawback currently is that you won't easily be able to use any additional resource packs.
  • i erased the 1.15.3 build of your engine as completely as i could, i then installed the 2.0 unstable version you suggested i was able to start to play the game but it seems your game causes my laptop to over heat and crashes my computer, which was my first problem in my first problem. i then uninstalled the 2.0 build and erased all the left over files my search engine could find. I then reinstalled 1.15.3 version and looked in the folder for the application that bypasses the snowberry front end ended up with the same problem. which is overheating and crashing my computer but since i actually played for a feww seconds i was able to get a doomsday.out file as follows. i am using windows 10 and have an intel I3 2.2gh duo processor and 4gig RAM.
