I've no OpenGL card

Hello everyone, I saw doomsday engine in Youtube and I liked it, I downloaded it and when I tried to run it I found a problem related to OpenGL, I don't have OpenGL card, my computer is DELL Optiplex 760.

    May be there's something like configuration to change the card but I don't know where, in DOSBOX for example there's something like that.

    you can view my post, you can find a similar "pre-awnser" to your post.
  • this is an opengl sourceport so if no opengl card is present then you can't play.
  • Gordon is correct, Doomsday requires a GPU (i.e., either a dedicated graphics card or integrated chipset) with OpenGL drivers.

    If you computer doesn't have such a GPU, there are multiple Doom source ports to choose from that support software rendering.

    i just checked the specs of the DELL Optiplex 760.

    and it should have an ATI® RADEON® HD 3450 or HD 3470 which is capable of opengl
