[Hexen] hub 4 secret?

i was noticing that i had unlocked something in chapter 2 but upon reading faqs and wikis i found that i had triggered a secret lvl from the forsaken outpost but i can't get there. i believe to trigger it if my fresh memory is correct you trigger it in hub 2.

The message HeXen gives you on Hub 2's secret map is inaccurate; you also need to cross a trigger on Hub 1's secret map (a trigger right in front of the exit portal) to be able to access Hub4's secret map (i.e you need to activate the triggers on both Hub 1 and 2's secret maps to be able to access Hub 4's secret map).
