When I start doom shell I get this Error 0xc000007b

  This error may be caused by missing, incorrect, or incorrectly configured Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime libraries.
  
  Which version of Doomsday are you running and is it the 32-bit or 64-bit build?
  
  You could try re-installing the Visual C++ Redistributable files. If you're running unstable Doomsday 2.1 64-bit, you'll need the 2017 vc_redist.x64.exe. Otherwise, you should get the 2015 version.
