How do I enable mouselook

I recently installed 1.14 because the newest version just wouldn't work. Everything seems to be working fine other than that. When I move the mouse, it only moves the view up and down. Left and right does nothing. I've tried deleting the view keys but I can only change up and down.
Windows 10
6gb ram
intel i3 3.3 ghz
intel HD graphics 2200

    Open the input menu on the taskbar and make sure the horizontal axis isn't disabled (one can enable/disabled horizontal and vertical mouse movement separately).

    That didn't change anything. I made sure both X and Y were enabled in the taskbar but no matter how much I move the mouse, I just look up or down.

    There also needs to be a binding for the mouse X axis in the Controls menu. Could you show a screenshot of your Controls menu, or attach here your .cfg file containing the bindings (found under the runtime folder).
