New Doomsday Plugin

Yep, I have just commited a new plugin to svn named dpExample. As you might have guessed by the name, its nothing terribly exciting I'm affraid.
As requested by angeliss, dpExample is a bare-bones example of a Doomsday plugin to use as a starting point to plugin development. As such, all it does is simply output a message to the Doomsday console during startup.
Hopefully it will be of use to those interested in writing Doomsday plugins.
