I have a VPS situated in Germany at azuze.net. The server has ~unlimited bandwidth albeit only 10mbps guaranteed (100mbps max depending on node traffic). I can provide a full FTP account and/or a Torrent Web Seeder/Tracker if the Deng team is interested. I would offer to mirror the site, however such a thing is probably best left to the official team for privacy concerns!
