Before posting here, please note that we are not mind readers. Therefore, you will need to help us to help you in resolving the issue by providing as much detail as possible.
If your game won't start, or crashes, look for a log file named doomsday.out in your runtime directory.
When posting about such a problem it is always a good idea to copy the contents of doomsday.out into your post (be nice to our forum layout and use the code button when you do). If this log is too long to include directly in a post, we recommend using a service such as pastebin.com. Your log will help tremendously in diagnosing likely causes (and potential solutions).
Be clear when describing the issue and if a screenshot or two would help, feel free to post them also.
Finally, please do attempt to check for previous posts before submitting your problem, as it may in fact be a common issue that has been covered before.
