Just extract it into your jdoom folder somewhere. I put it into the Doomsday folder. Maybe put it in the DOOMS folder as I think the engine searches there for wads first.
When you start Doomsday, just select the game you want to play. Then in the WADS tab just add the music WAD. It's as simple as that. The music works for all versions of Doom, except Plutonia 2(which you can only play if you select Plutonia 1 and add the Plutonia 2 wad to it). You have to add the music wad to each version you want to play.
